If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@daileylifestore.com. - If the product has any issues, after you receive it as ordered, you can contact us immediately and we guarantee a full refund within 10 days of receiving the product, no conditions. However, if you do not contact us within 10 days of receiving the product, we will assume that you have not complied with our policy, which means that you will not receive a refund
